Ladies Night with Alice Collier
A “Night Out With The Girls” proved to be a hit among many of Orlando’s top women executives Friday night! My dear friend and protégé, WESH-TV’s Anchor/Reporter, Amanda Ober drew a crowd of hundreds with her keynote speech at a posh Downtown art gallery. Isn’t she gorgeous? She looks like a Barbie doll. She’s a really nice, kind-hearted person too!
Amanda talked about BALANCE. That’s something all career women have a hard time juggling – work, relationships, kids, housework, diet, exercise, and quiet time. OMG! The bottom line is this…we have to find some happy median between work and home in order to be able to truly enjoy life and avoid burnout.
I’ve often coached Amanda and other women to start doing more of what they want instead of what others expect of them. And, I say the same thing to you. Get real clear on what you want your days to be like. Then fill your time with only those things, and watch what happens! Miraculously your life will be transformed one day at a time. That’s the way (in a nutshell) I’ve learned to become filled with unspeakable joy and unbelievable success on and off the camera!
